She is willing to be involved from the very beginning in helping you get your home ready to sell and at the end, in attending the closing to head off any last minute problems. Your home will get the necessary exposure it needs to ensure a timely sale. Here is just a sample of some of the activities included in her marketing plan:

• On a weekly basis, you will receive a progress report with all marketing activities that took place, along with copies of any printed advertising that appeared.
• Post your home on a minimum of 5 web sites and on Edina Realty's 24-hour Hotline advertising system immediately upon listing the home.
• Design marketing materials to leave in the home, including a financing sheet to show buyers different ways they can finance the purchase of your home.
• Hold open houses regularly, if desired, with good use of signs to direct people to your home and following up the next day with all prospects who attended.
• Advertise the property in your local newspapers, The Real Estate Book, Minneapolis Star and Tribune and the Saint Paul Pioneer Press.
• Target market potential buyers with a postcard mailing to those that would be good prospects for your home.
