Minnesota's Third Largest City

With a population of over 90,000 and covering 38.3 square miles, Bloomington is Minnesota's third largest city. Bloomington is also known as the "City of Hospitality." Together with its close proximity to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and its over 25 hotels totalling 6,200 sleeping rooms, Bloomington is a haven for travellers.

One of Bloomington's most well known attractions is the massive Mall of America - the nation's largest shopping and entertainment complex. The 4.2 million square foot, fully enclosed structure is anchored by some of the country's finest retailers, including Bloomingdales, Macy's, Nordstrom and Sears, plus over 400 specialty shops. Kids need not fear a day of shopping at the mall; Knott's Camp Snoopy, a seven acre enclosed theme park, and Underwater World provide fun for the whole family!
