Since we are an independent server working as your virtual landlord, you have many options when it comes to "Furnishing" and "Decorating" your web site "office". Unlike national "template" style web companies, we will be happy to meet with you (virtually or in-person) to discuss your own particular needs and ideas. Option 1- The Budget Model - $100
For "rookies", Part-timers, or Real Estate Professionals on a tight budget, we offer the "MNRealty.com/100." It is a custom multi-page web site and MNRealty.com membership complete for $100! You receive a web address such as "MNRealty.com/YourChoice." While this site is limited, it allows you to "get in the game" of web marketing and because it's "custom," your site can continue to grow and expand without starting over later.
Option 2 - New! The MNRealty.com "SitePlan" - $500 + $30/month
Our SitePlan is a new Web Marketing system that combines the best of automation and custom design to bring you a MN-Specific, Info-Rich site! Use your own Domain Name for "branding" and an e-mail address that never has to change, even when you change ISP services.
Option 3 - Custom Design
Our web designers, Tim Harris and Brandy Woldstad will work directly with you to develop a unique, original, and creative site. We are happy to discuss your situation and give you a price.
Option 4 - Link Membership
If you already have your own web site and/or domain name, all you need is an MNRealty.com Membership! Create additional web pages for your site and get "linked" to our 40,000+ "visits" each month for just $29.95/yr.
Option 5 - Do it Yourself.
Realtors who also have design and web marketing skills should not be penalized by having to pay the same amount as someone who wants to have others do the work. For the Do-it-Yourselfer we offer complete server hosting fee. Standard FTP or MS Frontpage Server extensions allow you to "connect" to your site and use your choice of software to design and maintain your own site. Our "Live Stats" server provides you with real time statistics on who is visiting your site, when they visit, and what they are looking at.
