From a start-up, garage operation in 1973, Burnet Realty became the Number One Homeseller in Minnesota in just seven years. Since 1980, the firm first joined the prestigious Merrill-Lynch organization, later re-establishing itself as a local MN company, when it become the third largest independent real estate broker in America. Today, Burnet Realty is part of the Coldwell Banker Network, yet retains it's local management and roots in the community.

Along the way, Burnet Realty has distinguished itself by developing many industry first programs such as it's Distinctive Homes Division for upper bracket marketing; Burnet Mortgage - starting as America's first joint venture mortgage company; and now employs a corporate wide Intra and Internet system for e-mail and property information.
